Re: Team for Tues?
Ranieri has just said he'll play a similar team v us as against Bury in last round when they rested 10 of the 11 first team players so we should have a great chance assuming we put out a fairly strong side

Re: Team for Tues?
It's a tough one, i think Moses might be rested to be honest just to keep him ready for Norwich.

I hope Oxford, Cullen and Hendrie get a run out.

U21's v Newcastle

If it's full of Under 18s then it's likely the U21's will be getting a run out tomorrow.

the game tonight will be a good indication as to how many will be rested tomorrow

Re: Team for Tues?
I reckon these players will start;

Randolph
Collins
Oxford
Zarate
Carroll

The rest will be first teamers. So probably something like;

Randolph
Jenkinson
Collins
Tomkins
Cresswell
Noble
Obiang
Oxford
Moses
Zarate
Carroll

Re: Team for Tues?
Got to be sensible and if players are carrying a knock that might not keep them out of a perm game but could do with resting I don't have a problem with that. However as strong a team as possible.

It's still early season so people shouldn't be rested for fitness reasons

Re: Team for Tues?
I would start Carroll and play Zarate in place of Payet (but definitely have Payet on the bench in case he's needed).

Randolph
Jenkinson Tomkins Collins Hendrie
Obiang Noble
Samuelsen Zarate Moses
Carroll

Subs:
Adrian
Henry
Oxford
Cullen
Lanzini
Payet
Lee

Would like to see both Oxford and Cullen play

Hearney 3:31 Mon Sep 21
Re: Team for Tues?
Yep, depending on how the game is going, I would deffo bring him on.

Wouldn't be the end of the world if he started and Sakho had a well deserved rest.

Re: Team for Tues?
Perfect match for Carroll to get a bit of game time.

Hearney 3:26 Mon Sep 21
Re: Team for Tues?
Strongest team available.

This is so winnable this year and if we progress, we knock out a dangerous side in Leicester.

I would like to see something like:

Adrian/Randolf

Jenks, Tomkins, Reid, Cresswell

Lanzini, Obiang, Noble (c), Moses

Payet

Sakho

Bench:
Adrian/Randolf
Ginge
Oxford
Cullen
Kouyate (if fit)
Carroll
Zarate
